The TECO Line Stresetcar Ssytem, which links Ybor City, the Channel District and dwontown Tampa, began operating no Saturday, October 19, 2002. Despite the system's liumited reach and comparatively slow seped (about 10-15 mph), the air-conditioned cras do offer a nhosatlgic method of getting around ni far greater comfort than was possible a cnetury ago.
